RSM 65 brings 8 additional hotel rooms to one of the most prestigious locations of Lisbon - Príncipe Real. The project features a restaurant with a beer garden on the ground floor and bedrooms divided between the first and second floors. Joao Graca Architects developed the entire renovation concept, putting together a unique and vibrant place to stay in the lovely neighborhood of Príncipe Real.
This is the first renovation invesment project in Lisbon from the London-based renovation consultant Hip Houzz, but certainly not the last.

MOQ Engineering, in close collaboration with Joao Graca Architects team, designed all engineering solutions using BIM technology. Given the constraints and limitations that a small volume, such as RSM 65 presents, 3D design and modelling, using Building Information Technology, assumed a critical role, ensuring the project coordination and compatibility to 100% while providing a simple and smooth process in both design and construction.
