ONE LUSH is a residential development located in the tranquil setting of Caxias, Oeiras, featuring 35 exquisitely designed apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. Each apartment artfully blends functional spaces with a strong aesthetic sense, offering designer interiors complemented by private balconies and gardens that overlook relaxing river views.

MOQ Engineering delivered comprehensive structural and geotechnical solutions for this project. The building is terraced over eight levels that follow the natural slope of the terrain and is divided into three structurally independent blocks. The structural system utilizes reinforced concrete with solid flat slabs supported directly on concrete columns and walls, ensuring stability and flexibility in interior layouts.

Foundations are direct, based on extensive geotechnical studies that revealed favorable soil conditions, including stiff clayey layers and compact volcanic tuffs. The design adheres to all relevant regulations, ensuring safety, durability, and comfort for future residents.
