The team implemented a reinforced concrete framework optimized for durability, sustainability, and performance.

Utilizing advanced construction techniques, such as lightweight fungiform slabs incorporating U-Boot blocks, the structural weight for the slabs was significantly reduced. This approach not only lessened the load on the foundations but also enhanced the building's seismic resilience. Strategic placement of reinforced concrete cores and shear walls ensures lateral stability, adhering to stringent seismic design standards.
